“Bionic Eye” – FDA Approves Artificial Retina

Lorcan’s Double Lung Transplant

Lorcan Lucey is a successful mortgage broker who has completed marathons and climbed mountains. In 2007 he was diagnosed with lung disease and became a candidate for a double lung transplant. He chose to have his surgery at MUSC in May 2011, and he was discharged nine days post surgery. He shares his story in this video.
